Cheryl is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years experience in Finance and Operations. She is licensed Real Estate Broker and has been in the industry for 15 years focused on Commercial Properties, New Home Construction, Business Brokering, Luxury Homes, and Investment Properties. She has extensive experience working with builders on new home construction projects, notably; Matas Homes, Monarch Homes and Aarondale Homes. Cheryl is also a licensed Mortgage Broker and focuses on Spousal Buyouts, Funding Arrangements for Commercial and Investment Properties, and actively involved in the normal funding activities such as New Mortgages, Refinancing, Renewals and Construction Financing.
She began her real estate career in 2004 in Mississauga with Century 21 selling high end luxury homes prior to moving to the Waterloo Region. In 2015 she founded the boutique real estate brokerage, The Realty Den, with two offices, one in Kitchener and the other in Brampton. A community leader, she is involved in helping start-ups in the Waterloo Region and is a Director on the Board of the Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington.
